Lynne W. Spraker received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She was admitted and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida prior to attending law school. In 1990, she received a Doctor of Jurisprudence (Cum Laude) from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a member of the Tax Moot Court Board, Ms. Spraker was named "best oralist" in the premier competition.
Ms. Spraker is a member of the American, Florida and Martin County Bar Associations and the Martin County Chapter of FAWL (Florida Association of Women Lawyers). She is a past president of the Martin County Estate Planning Council and has served on its board in various capacities.
In 1998, Ms. Spraker was the proud recipient of the "Martin County Women of Distinction Award" and was also selected as a Treasure Coast Business Leader by the Palm Beach Post. In 1994, Ms. Spraker was voted the "Outstanding Soroptimist" by Soroptimist International of Stuart. She is a graduate of LEADERship Martin County (Class of 1994) and is currently a member of the alumni association.
Ms. Spraker is heavily committed to her community where she has lived and worked since 1990. She was a founding member of the Junior League of Martin County and is currently a sustaining member of that organization. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society, Soroptimist International of Stuart, Safe Space, Inc., YMCA of Martin County, Boys and Girls Clubs, Inc. and the First National Bank and Trust Company (now known as Seacoast National Bank) Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce and Stuart Main Street.
